 “Cataloging digital information with paper driven mechanisms is cumbersome, inefficient, and ineffective. CERF can be used to validate the source of storage and analysis of digital data for publication. We've had great success in using CERF to manage our grant applications to ensure that only one person is editing the proper version of each document. Once the documents were completed, my administrative assistant could directly pull the complete documents from CERF for uploading to NIH.”
